All moving services are subject to availability and confirmation. A written or verbal confirmation from our team finalizes the booking. We reserve the right to decline service requests due to capacity, scheduling conflicts, or other valid reasons.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including addresses, item lists, and service requirements. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect pricing and scheduling.
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final charges may vary depending on actual services performed, time taken, and materials used. Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.
While we handle items with care, Belvedere Park Movers is not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer. Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the completed move, along with relevant photos or evidence.
We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms, or perishable goods. If such items are found during a move, we reserve the right to refuse transport or cancel the service.
We strive to arrive on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for losses resulting from unavoidable delays but will keep clients informed and adjust plans as needed.
